On 14 April of every year Bengali Noboborsho is celebrated in Bangladesh and 15 April in West Bengal of India. This is the first day of the Bengali calendar.This day has traditionally greeting as শুঠনববর্ষ (Bengali New Year).This year Pahela Baishakh, the most colourful celebration in the Bangla calendar falls on Today on 14 Apr 2015. President Md Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina have greeted their countrymen on the occasion of Bangla New Year 1422.
